Qinhong Xu is a researcher with the Environmental Policy Group at Wageningen University, Netherlands. She earned her PhD from the Water Resources Management Group at the same university, focusing on rural water governance in China. Her research includes political ecology, governmentality, and science and technology studies in water and environmental governance. Currently, she investigates the digitalization of nature in China and its geopolitical implications.
