Abstract: In the face of a changing climate and global market volatility, farmers in Colombia are increasingly adopting specialty coffee techniques. Although still a market niche, specialty coffee poses a significant economic and environmental opportunity for farmers to incorporate sustainable practices and improve their position within local and global coffee networks. This documentary is based on fieldwork in Antioquia and Quindío, Colombia, as part of the FORMAS-supported project “Unravelling climate change impacts on migrant farmworkers in agrifood production”.
